SAP SuccessFactors Consultant EC/Rec&OB

Rare opportunity to join an organisation that delivers essential services to the Melbourne community! Play a key role in driving the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across EC, Recruitment & Onboarding modules. 6 month contract opportunity

Duties

• Lead end to end mini projects for SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Rec & OB)
• Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop solution designs
• Deliver configuration changes and upgrades for forms across a range of portlets in SuccessFactors

Skills & experience

• Hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, (ideally certified in either EC or R&O)
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organisation
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget
• Strong desire to be involved in business development activities
