Scrum Master (SAP and Salesforce ideally)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for an immediate start to join our client on a contract until the end of April 2024. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies and have prior experience working with Salesforce and SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Help the team maintain focus and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that the product backlog is well-organized and prioritized.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate team progress, helping to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve their Agile maturity.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, within an Agile environment.
• Exposure to Salesforce and SAP ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and address team challenges, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is preferred.
