SAP SuccessFactors ECP Functional Consultant – Permanent Role – Sydney

Are you an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work for a fast-growing boutique consultancy with a strong pipeline of exciting projects in the SAP Payroll space?

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team in Sydney. This is a true consultative role, where you’ll work closely with a diverse range of clients, helping them implement and optimise their SAP Payroll solutions while also mentoring junior consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering SAP Payroll functional consulting services to a wide range of customers
• Working on SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations and enhancements (experience highly desirable)
• Engaging with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide expert advice
• Supporting and optimising on-prem SAP Payroll systems (if ECP experience is limited)
• Mentoring junior and graduate-level consultants as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive best practices and innovative solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong SAP Payroll functional experience (on-prem or ECP)
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects and clients
• Willingness to mentor junior consultants when required
• Based in Sydney or willing to relocate
