Kronos System Specialist
Are you an expert in Kronos Workforce Pro and Workforce Central with a passion for system optimisation, compliance, and continuous improvement? Play a key role in ensuring seamless payroll integration and compliance across a complex, multi-site organisation.
In this role, you will manage the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Kronos Workforce Pro and Workforce Central, ensuring smooth integration with SAP Payroll. You will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, implementing award and roster changes, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional administration of Kronos Workforce Pro & Workforce Central
- Configure and maintain pay codes, work rules, scheduling, and interfaces
- Monitor and maintain SAP Payroll integrations
- Implement award and roster changes in alignment with HR directives
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure compliance with SOX, industrial instruments, EBAs, and payroll legislation
- Support payroll and HR teams with systems expertise & solutions
Skills & Experience Required
- Advanced configuration expertise in Kronos Workforce Pro/Workforce Central
- Experience with building blocks, payroll testing, version upgrades, and award interpretation
- Strong knowledge of multi-site and multi-agreement environments
- Experience with complex payroll integrations (SAP Payroll preferred)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with SOX/Audit compliance
