We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Instructional Designer/Trainer to join our team on an exciting contract opportunity in Melbourne.
This role requires someone with experience in Manufacturing SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA WM/TM modules, with the ability to quickly pick up and develop training materials for end-users. You’ll be working with a dynamic team to create and deliver training content to ensure a smooth transition for users within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Materials: Quickly create clear and engaging training documentation, eLearning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training (ILT) for SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA WM/TM users.
- Deliver Training: Lead training sessions (in-person or virtual) for various levels of end-users in a manufacturing environment, ensuring all participants are equipped to use the systems effectively.
- Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Work closely with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials, aligning with business needs and system capabilities.
- Assess Training Needs: Conduct assessments to determine the training needs of end-users and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback from trainees to continually improve and refine training content and delivery methods.
- Support Change Management: Assist with communication and user adoption strategies to ensure smooth system transitions, minimising disruption to business operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or Trainer within the manufacturing sector, specifically with SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA WM/TM.
- Ability to quickly understand and master complex systems and translate technical processes into clear, understandable training materials.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner for diverse audiences.
- Experience in both creating training documentation and delivering it effectively to end-users (both technical and non-technical).
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
