LMS L&D Training Administrator

Our client is seeking a skilled LMS L&D Training Administrator, initially this is for a 3 month contract, though the project is likely to run much longer. This a part time role and applications must be available to work onsite in south-west of the Sydney central 3 days a week. 

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Generate and analyse reports on training compliance, user progress and course completion.
• Address LMS and training enquiries via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Provide support to users encountering problems.
• Use Excel functions and Vlookup / pivot tables to analyze LMS data.
• Develop spreadsheets for training programs, tracking expenses and allocations.
• Upload, organize, and update training courses in the LMS.
• Plan and schedule training sessions.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.
• MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN TO OBTAIN SECURITY CLEARNACE
