Job Summary: As an HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and improving our clients HR systems and processes. You will work closely with HR teams and other departments to ensure data-driven decision-making and enhance overall HR efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline HR operations, drive strategic initiatives, and improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
- System Enhancement: Support the development and enhancement of HR systems, including HRIS and other relevant technologies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on HR performance and metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Pageup).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-started who has previous project management skills would be advantageous.
