Technical SAP Business Analyst - Supply and Demand Planning/Manufacturing
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work on an implementation of a new Demand Planning solution. They are a well-known brand, centrally located in Melbourne's CBD.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions, driving consensus on business problems and the delivery of solutions.

Lead the coordination of business requirement integration specifications and process map sign-offs
-
Identify areas for process improvement and work to implement changes that optimise business functions.

Analyse complex problems within enterprise integration environments and extract insights to drive effective solutions.

Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

Create and maintain key business analysis documentation, including:
-
Data flow diagrams
-
Integration architecture diagrams
-
Business process maps
-
Data mapping specifications
-

Lead workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture functional and non-functional requirements for system integration projects

Develop test cases and scenarios for unit/system integration testing and support user acceptance testing

Work at a DB and field level in gathering requirements and documenting data flows and integrations
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in documenting complex processes, integration patterns, and system requirements clearly
- Strong experience with Supply and Demand Planning and Manufacturing processes

Working knowledge of database query tools (e.g., SAP SQVI, MS SQL).

Strong background in system integration analysis and gathering detailed business and IT requirements.

Experience with Advanced Planning Systems

Experience in testing, deployment, and transitioning solutions to BAU environments

Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide audience
