About the Role:
The SAP Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of SAP systems for our client. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a deep understanding of SAP applications and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level support for SAP users, addressing issues and inquiries promptly.
• Analyse user needs and enhance system functionalities to improve overall user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for users to facilitate efficient system utilization.
• Assist in some project management responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of SAP initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and system configurations.

About You:

• Previous experience in SAP support roles
• Strong knowledge of core SAP modules (e.g. EAM or PM, Procurement etc)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with both technical and non-technical users
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
