SAP SuccessFactors ECP Tester

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Tester to join a large-scale transformation project for a 12-month contract. This role can be performed from anywhere in Australia, offering full remote flexibility.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the payroll solution, working closely with project teams to execute end-to-end testing within a dynamic and fast-paced SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios for SAP SuccessFactors ECP

• Perform functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Validate payroll processing logic, results, compliance, and reporting

• Support defect logging, triaging, and resolution processes

• Collaborate with HR/payroll SMEs, implementation partners, and technical teams

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience testing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and processes

• Background in large-scale SAP implementations or migrations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration effectively

• Must have Australian working rights
