About the role
Our client is looking for two highly skilled SAP HCM Consultants (ideally with SAP SuccessFactors EC and R&O) to play a key role in driving the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Duties
- Lead end to end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors (EC or R&O)
- Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive solution designs
- Provide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration and technical architecture
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal team
Skills & experience
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP HCM solutions, with relevant current certifications (ideally in either EC or R&O)
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organisation
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget
- Strong desire to be involved in business development activities
