Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP LMS Administrator to join our client on a 6-month contract with the possibility of 2 years of work. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management and coordination of our SAP Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its optimal functionality, compliance with regulatory changes, and alignment with best practices for curriculum design and operational excellence. This position is critical to enabling seamless learning processes and improving user experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the SAP LMS, including course scheduling, resource allocation, and system configuration to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and optimal resource utilization.
- Oversee the planning and execution of training delivery within the system, ensuring all employees have access to necessary learning resources.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting the learning landscape, ensuring the SAP LMS is configured to meet all compliance requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to manage regulatory updates, ensuring the LMS meets all legal and industry-specific standards.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to establish and maintain best practices for curriculum design within the SAP LMS.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, system functionality, and user engagement.
- Enable and maintain SAP LMS functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS, etc.).
- Provide hands-on support for system troubleshooting, and user queries.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP LMS Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of SAP Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and adapting LMS systems to meet changing legal requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum design and training program coordination.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other integrated learning systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of LMS best practices, including curriculum design, user experience, and training content management.
- Ability to manage regulatory changes and ensure compliance in a global environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
