Join this dynamic team in Melbourne's bustling CBD as our client is about to embark on a transformative SAP S/4HANA implementation project. We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of this major ERP initiative.

Role Overview:

As a Project Scheduler, you will work closely with the Program Manager to set up, maintain, and update the project schedule, ensuring all relevant parties adhere to timelines and milestones. Your expertise in project scheduling will be pivotal in the successful implementation of the SAP S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule.
• Maintain and update the project schedule regularly.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively address them.
• Provide regular reports on schedule status to the Program Manager and project team.
• Support the project team in achieving project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, preferably in ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies and tools.
• Experience with SAP projects, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is highly regarded.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
