Organisational Change Manager (Long-Term Contract)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organisational Change Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This leadership role is pivotal in establishing a Change Management Office and building organisational change management capability. You will oversee the successful planning, execution, and integration of change initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and Lead Change Management Office: Set up and manage a dedicated Change Management Office to ensure structured and effective change management practices across the organisation.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and frameworks that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Capability Building: Enhance the organisation's change management capabilities by fostering a culture that is adaptive, resilient, and forward-thinking.
- Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to change management teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels to drive buy-in, support, and successful adoption of change initiatives.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in establishing and leading Change Management within an organisational context, not just within projects.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and implement change management practices that support long-term organisational goals.
- Excellent Communication: Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
- Eligibility: Australian Citizens eligible for Security Clearance are required.
