About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos Business Analyst with strong experience in Time and Attendance for a contract role based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-profile client and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimize Time and Attendance processes using Kronos or other HCM systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Design and implement effective solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide end-to-end project support, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Ensure seamless integration with Payroll systems, ideally SAP Payroll.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience with Kronos Time and Attendance is preferred. However, candidates with Time and Attendance experience across other HCM systems or applications are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Payroll systems and processes, ideally with SAP Payroll.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Documentation: Proven track record of producing high-quality documentation.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure.
