Junior Finance Analyst

Job Title: Junior Finance Analyst (Permanent)
Location: Melbourne, VIC

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Analyst to our high-profile customer on a permanent basis in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for the rollout and adoption of a balance sheet reconciliation template to be implemented across the whole organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on our financial processes by ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the rollout and company-wide adoption of the balance sheet reconciliation template.
• Work closely with various finance stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and address any queries or challenges.
• Support finance teams in maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations and improving reconciliation processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial reporting standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong finance background, with prior experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP or MS Dynamics finance systems is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving reconciliation issues.
