About the Organisation

Our client provides technology agnostic ERP Advisory, offering independent advice to clients on their business and ERP transformation, without the influence from software vendors and system integrators. If you’re getting big consultancy burn out and want the challenge without the grind, this could be a great opportunity! 

The Role

This role is for a Business Analyst with a strong background in Finance, this can be someone from an SAP background however the client is open to candidates with experience across other finance ERP systems. This role offers a different take to your normal project delivery role as this will be involved in advisory and strategy pieces of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to analyse, document and optimise Finance processes 
• Conducting workshops to understand AS-IS business requirement
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and implement best practices to streamline finance operations 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements 
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including process maps 

About you 

• 8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP FICO
• In depth knowledge of Finance processes
• Come from an accounting background
• Hands on experience working in a full SAP/ERP environment 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions 
• Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to capture AS-IS requirement thought detailed discussions and workshops
• Prior experience in a consultancy desirable
