Are you a seasoned Change Manager with a passion for leading large-scale digital transformations? We have an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a Global SAP Ariba rollout for a leading organization based in Melbourne.
About the Project:
This is a significant global program centred around the implementation of SAP Ariba (Purchase to Order). Workshops kick off in May, and we are looking for a proactive and experienced Change Manager to hit the ground running and help drive the success of this critical initiative.
🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities for the global rollout of SAP Ariba
- Develop and execute Change Impact Analyses, Communication Plans, and Engagement Strategies
- Manage stakeholders across different levels and geographies, ensuring alignment and buy-in
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand impacts and ensure readiness
- Champion a culture of change, guiding and motivating diverse teams through the transformation journey
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Change Management, particularly in global platform rollouts
- Hands-on experience with SAP P2P or SAP Ariba projects (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to develop change strategies, change impact assessments, communications
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills – you're a people person who can influence and inspire
- Ability to bring people together, build trust, and motivate teams of varied personalities and working styles
