To us, Corporate Social Responsibility is about more than just ticking a box.
We’ve put a lot of thought into our impact on people, and the world we all live in and how we can create a positive impact that really makes a difference.
We care about our people. And they will care about you.

This is how we’re taking action.

Wider Community – The Smith Family

The Smith Family supports children at every step of their educational journey, from early childhood through to the completion of their studies. They also work with parents and carers to help them play an active role in supporting their child’s education.

Speller International is excited to be an ongoing participant in The Smith Family’s work.

In addition to supporting fundraising throughout the year, our team actively participate in education and mentoring young people about different careers, the pathways to get there and how to build skills that will unlock their potential.

Through school incursions, we present to small groups of students about recruitment, the different roles within Speller, what we like about the industry and what we find challenging. These sessions are valuable for helping introduce students to meaningful employment opportunities and pathways.

Our wider community action also supports the Cancer Council, Movember, Wheelchair Sports Victoria, Epilepsy Action Australia, The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal, The Salvation Army and World Vision.

SAP Community

Our connection and contribution to the SAP Community is critical to our vision of being your trusted resourcing and recruitment partner.
We believe in being active participants in the SAP Community, both via in person events and online. This helps us stay connected to the SAP community so we can be across evolution in the market, including new technologies, new SAP customers and general market movement.

Some of the ways do this include:

SAP Industry Events
Speller sponsor and participate in 6 SAP industry-specific events each year, including the SAUG (The SAP Australian User Group), and SIG meetings, which provide a forum for the SAP community to share knowledge, network with their peers and influence the direction of SAP solutions.

Speller Industry Leader Round Tables

Speller International’s invitation only, quarterly "round table" events with Senior managers (CIO's, Application Managers and Project Directors), connect people within the SAP industry, allowing our customers discuss challenges they’re facing, and giving them an opportunity to share knowledge, ideas and solutions.
Bringing industries and managers together to discuss their systems and challenges helps us all to learn from each other, build knowledge and find solutions.
These events also give Speller a way of listening to and understanding the plans and project of our clients, so we can help to facilitate collaboration and support.

We run these events throughout Australia.

Market Updates & Industry Intelligence

We create and share market updates and salary surveys which give clients a snapshot into what the SAP market is doing throughout the year.
Our online presence includes out monthly newsletter which is delivered to the inbox of more than 13,000 SAP professionals, organisations and teams.

Graduate Development

We collaborate with universities throughout Australia to speak with graduates on how they can build a career in SAP.
