About
Speller International has been successfully operating within the niche SAP market in Australia and New Zealand since it was established in 2001 by Director, Nick Speller.
Following an extensive career in the United Kingdom, Nick realised that the need for a specialised and specific SAP centric recruitment organisation was the solution to a massive growth in the prevalence of SAP in Australia.
The goal of Speller International has never been to become a huge conglomerate, our focus is servicing our niche market to the best of our ability. Our success has been achieved through the commitment to our 5 pillars; Accountability, Honesty/Integrity, Collaboration, Passion and Loyalty. We couple this with an encouraging, supportive and collaborative working environment, conducted with a sense of fun and rewarding hard work. It is through these 5 pillars, the longevity of our relationships and quality, dedicated staff, that we have grown from a solo person to hub of SAP activity. The Speller International team works across three specialised resourcing and recruitment divisions, SAP (IT), SAP Change, Training and Documentation and SAP Corporate Services (Users), and SAP Consulting Services all of which are fully supported by the SAP Candidate Management Division and the Administration Division.
Operating from the head office in Carlton, Victoria, we have proven capabilities to supply quality SAP candidates in all states and territories around Australia and across both the north and south islands in New Zealand.
At Speller International, we conduct our business with commitment to the following values:
Every decision we make is based on honesty, integrity and consistency, always acting in a manner that is true to our clients, our candidates and ourselves.
We are a team that go above and beyond, taking responsibility for our actions and being accountable for our outcomes, showing initiative and owning our projects, processes and challenges.
We trust and support one another, seek out ideas and share solutions with each other. We leverage from our collective expertise and experience to enable us to work effectively and coherently with our clients, our candidates and ourselves.
We are a passionate and committed team, driven to excel in the SAP market. Our focus is achieving the best for our clients and candidates. We celebrate success, reward hard work, and have fun while we do it.
We stand by each other, our clients and our candidates. We believe that loyalty must be given before it is received and we value each and every relationship we build.
