About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll (ECP) to join a dynamic team for a 12-month contract role. This position offers a hybrid working model.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your Business Analysis skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment, where you will support payroll solution implementations while ensuring the system meets business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll systems.
- Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Support the full-cycle implementation of payroll solutions, including tax calculations, deductions, pay groups, benefits, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate configurations and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other business systems.
- Participate in the preparation of training materials and user documentation to support end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for payroll and HR systems.
- Engage with cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall project methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll system implementations.
- Hands-on experience in implementing payroll solutions, including at least one full-cycle payroll project.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, pay groups, benefits, and compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws.
Business Analysis & Project Management Skills:
- Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience working in agile or waterfall project methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions during system implementation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively at all levels (from business users to technical teams).
