We are seeking an SAP Payroll Support Analyst or SAP SuccessFactors Support Analyst to join our client's team in a 100% support/BAU role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with SAP PY experience to expand their knowledge and gain exposure to SAP SuccessFactors ECP or for someone with existing SuccessFactors experience to broaden their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP Payroll issues (primarily SAP SuccessFactors ECP), resolving tickets related to pay types, wage types, schemas, and payroll system configurations.
- Handle low-level payroll system issues and work with end-users to ensure smooth operation of payroll systems.
- Set up and maintain payroll configurations, ensuring correct setup of pay types, wage types, and schemas.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day Payroll support and maintenance within the system.
- Work closely with the team to resolve tickets and provide timely support for any issues related to SAP Payroll (ECP).
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll support/configuration.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a bonus, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
- Strong ability to manage and resolve payroll system tickets, configure wage types, pay types, and schemas.
- Good understanding of payroll processes and basic configuration principles in SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
