SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Are you an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with a proven track record in supporting end users post go-live? We are looking for a skilled consultant to join our client’s team for a 2-3 month contract to provide critical post-go-live support for their SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support to end users after the go-live of SAP EWM, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any system issues that arise.
• Troubleshoot and address EWM-related issues, working closely with users to identify root causes and provide timely solutions.
• Offer expert guidance on best practices, enhancements, and system optimization in SAP EWM.
• Conduct remote support for users, and travel interstate to client sites as needed to provide on-site assistance for critical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective resolution of issues and continuous improvement of EWM processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven expertise as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in post-go-live support.
• Solid knowledge of SAP EWM processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities while providing timely solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with end users and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel interstate as required (expenses covered by the client).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing issues.
