About the Role
We are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to play a crucial role in a HRIS ERP transformation program. This position is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new ERP systems and processes across the organisation. The role requires a deep understanding of change management principles, ERP implementations, and industry-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy Development and Implementation:

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with ERP transformation goals.

Apply structured methodologies to manage the people side of change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from the production floor to executive leadership.

Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the ERP transformation process.

Develop, coordinate, and distribute regular communications, including weekly/fortnightly updates, newsletters, and broader organizational communications, to keep leadership and the wider business informed of key updates, progress, and milestones.
Training and Support:

Design and oversee the implementation of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to the new ERP system.

Develop training materials tailored to different user groups, considering the diverse roles within the organization.
Resistance Management:

Identify potential sources of resistance to change within the workforce.

Develop and implement strategies to address concerns and mitigate resistance, ensuring a smoother transition to the new ERP system.
Integration with Project Management:

Collaborate closely with project managers to integrate change management activities into the overall ERP transformation project plan.

Ensure alignment between technical implementations and organizational readiness.
About You:

Minimum of 7-10 years of technology experience, with at least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and change management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives in large-scale ERP transformations, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Certification in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) is highly desirable.

Experience in managing multiple solutions teams and leading business/IT training design, development, and delivery for complex IT projects.
