Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst X2 (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) for a 6-month contract opportunity to support and manage SAP GRC processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOX and GDPR. You will play a key role in supporting SAP GRC upgrade projects and assisting with the upgrade process while translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of SAP GRC security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Perform access control and user provisioning to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks associated with SAP environments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP governance, risk, and compliance.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing policies to ensure they remain effective and aligned with organizational goals.
Experience Required:
- In-depth knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Experience with SAP GRC upgrade projects and a good understanding of the SAP upgrade process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
