6-Month Contract with High Potential for Extension
Are you a skilled Business Analyst with SAP experience? Do you thrive in post-go-live environments, solving problems, optimising business processes, and delivering impactful improvements? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client, a leading organisation in the disability sector, has recently gone live with their SAP Finance and SAP SuccessFactors implementation on an SAP S/4HANA platform. With a range of post-go-live issues and business process optimisation opportunities on the horizon, they’re seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address post-go-live issues, ensuring smooth operations across SAP Finance and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Support initiatives to optimise business processes and systems, aligning them with organisational goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Finance and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in post-go-live environments, addressing issues and implementing business improvements.
- Familiarity with Disability Sector Operations, including applications like Carelink or other disability-focused platforms, is highly desirable.
- Strong business process optimization skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
