​Renee joined the Speller team in 2021 as a maternity cover for Projects and Marketing and has cemented herself as part of the operation team since moving into the Officer Manager role. Renee is responsible for the day to day running of the office, onboarding new contractors and assisting the Sales team to maximise performance. Her role includes reviewing processes across both Administration and Sales to implement improvements for efficiency and better customer service to our stakeholders. She also works closely with the Accounts team as the liaison between Accounts and both clients and candidates.

Renee's positive, can do attitude makes her a valuable contributor to the Speller Team.
