SAP Training Manager

The Training Manager will be responsible for working closely with the business to get the necessary requirements to lead a strong training team across their SAP Successfactors project.

The position will be an exciting role for someone who has managed teams and can provide hands on assistance as and when required.

The role;

• Supporting and collaborating with key stakeholders and leadership team
• Drive the development and use of digital learning platforms, particularly in areas such as content development, delivery methods and LMS / Talent Management systems
• Manage a team of training personnel to identifying areas of learning needs within the organisations and provision of exceptional service delivery
• Coordinate the training environment

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas;

• Have extensive lead/management experience and can lead other resources i.e. instructional designers, coordinators, facilitators, change / training champions
• Experience working on large scale transformation programmes, ideally Success Factors / Workday or other SAP /ERP implementations
• Be able to develop a Training Needs Analysis and Learning Solution and Training Plans across a wide audience that are distributed (nationally or globally)
• A good understanding of HR processes and excellent stakeholder engagement skills (in corporate and operational environments)
• An understanding of I.T system environments (S.I.T, U.A.T) in relating to content development and training environments (or situations where there is no training environment!)
• The ability to work under pressure within very tight timelines in an unstructured environment and maintain a good sense of humour
• Experience with SAP Enable Now would be valuable
• Being a 'hands on' self starter and passionate about doing a good job
