About the role
Our client is looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator to manage and optimize their SAP Learning Management System. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the LMS, ensuring a seamless learning experience for their employees. You will be involved in the implementation of a new LMS system and ongoing support thereafter
Duties
- Configure and maintain SAP SF LMS to meet organizational needs, including setting up courses, learning paths etc.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within SAP SF LMS
- Upload, organize, and manage learning content, ensuring it is accessible and up-to-date
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP SF LMS users, resolving any issues promptly
- Generate and analyse reports on training activities, course completions, and compliance
- Implement system updates, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP modules or external systems
- Provide training and resources to end-users, instructors, and content developers on effective SAP SF LMS use
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator or similar related position
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors LMS and related technologies
- Experience in configuring and managing LMS platforms, including user management, content management, and reporting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
