About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Training Lead to join our client's project for an initial 2 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for SAP EAM solutions. A key aspect of this role includes managing and coordinating training schedules to ensure timely delivery of training sessions that align with project timelines and business needs
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SAP EAM training programs, including curriculum design, course development, and training delivery
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and SAP EAM consultants to understand project requirements and translate them into effective training materials
- Develop and manage detailed training schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the availability of resources and alignment with project milestones
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training content accordingly.
- Develop a variety of training materials, including user manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training presentations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content based on insights
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in SAP EAM, with a focus on training and development.
- Proven experience leading training initiatives for large-scale SAP implementations, including the creation and management of training schedules
- Strong understanding of SAP EAM and related processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Proficiency in developing training materials using tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate, Captivate, or similar
