Trish started with Speller in July 2023 after an extensive career in production and finance. After a few years off to raise a family, Trish looked to the recruitment industry because it was high energy, fast paced and full of fun people. Having spent 12 years looking after finance and payroll for a number of recruitment agencies, we are lucky to have Trish’s knowledge and experience here at Speller. 

Responsible for the finance & accounts team, Trish brings her love of spreadsheets, knowledge sharing and guidance to her team, ensuring they are working on ways to improve process, reporting with accuracy and keeping up with the ever-evolving finance management. 

Throughout Trish’s career, she has managed the rollout of JobKeeper during COVID in a time of great uncertainty and implemented new systems that save time, reduce mundane work, and improve reporting for all. 

Trish’s claim to fame is she met and made Bono from U2 a coffee (instant, white with 2) while working in a photography studio! 

Trish believes Speller’s ability to know and understand our client and candidates needs and challenges are what set us apart from the competition. The work Trish and her team do ensure our contractors, business owners, staff and clients are given timely, accurate information and wages paid so they can; book holidays, pay rent and sign their kids up for ballet lessons!
