As our SAP Recruitment Lead, it’s no surprise that Scott thinks the best thing about his job is the people he gets to meet.
Before joining the team at Speller in 2010, Scott worked in telesales at Optus, a role that prepared him for building the many connections with the many SAP candidates he now helps to place.
With years of recruitment experience under his belt, Scott has spoken to a huge number of people across his Speller career. When it comes to knowing who’s who, who’s looking and what skills candidates have for a particular SAP role, he’s a specialist. He’s even placed and managed a candidate for 10 years with the one client.
Using his passionate but professional style, Scott understands that building strong relationships has been key to his success. Knowing our candidate pool inside out means he can keep them front of mind for their perfect role – even if it’s not the one he’s recruiting for right now.
