As Speller’s Business Development lead, Luke’s role is to improve SAP project delivery for clients by providing market expertise to solve hiring issues and quickly fill roles within organisations.

Luke has an impressive ability to find candidates to fill niche skillsets, even when a client doesn’t think it’s possible. A career highlight was helping to place an entire SAP team at Dulux to help uplift their commerce capability, a feat that led to Speller being nominated as supplier of the year, twice.

He believes that Speller is the best in SAP resourcing and recruitment thanks to their knowledge, professionalism and passion. Luke is big into keeping his promises, and loves being able to onboard a new client and then seeing the team deliver everything he said they could.
