“You never work the same role twice. There is so much range in SAP and what we recruit for, so I’m always learning”

After a number of years working as a travel agent and travelling around Europe, Keely was intrigued by the job offer with Speller and joined in 2018.Having no prior recruitment experience and no knowledge of SAP, it was the good vibes and interesting role that cemented her place as a recruitment consultant. 

With her curious and positive attitude, Keely has developed both her SAP and recruitment understanding to become a valued member of the Speller team and known amongst the SAP community. Highlights have includedbeing crowned Salesperson of the year in her first year, recruiting a full testing team for an HCM project with a large client and being voted Spellerite of the quarter several times by her peers. 

Keely enjoys the variety SAP recruitment brings, no one day or role is ever the same. There is always a chance to expand her proficiency and understanding of the ever-changing landscape, which enables her to offer the best service and advice to her consultants looking for their next role.
