Having been with Speller since the start of her resourcing and recruitment career, Judy is still helping to place candidates she first met years ago.

It’s this commitment to building long-lasting relationships, and the satisfaction of placing the right person in the right role, that has led her from a junior position to being the owner of Speller International.

Having grown the business since she took over in 2018, Judy’s highlights include spreading out the team structure to ensure growth and career opportunity, growing profits and having 200 SAP contractors working at one time. She’s also successfully managed our Cloud IT transformation just in time for COVID, giving the team the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.

A career highlight was taking over the reins at Speller and ensuring stability and growth within the team.

A recruitment highlight was when Judy was able to personally place 25 Business Analysts into an FMCG VP supply chain within a week of receiving the brief. This achievement was reported to be integral to the go-live success the project.

Judy loves the thriving Australian SAP network. She has a particular passion for understanding how technology drives a company and how it impacts our day to day lives.

As the leader of the Speller team, Judy is dedicated to developing a supportive and driven work environment where people thrive, and are genuinely happy to come into the office every day. She gets joy from watching people grow, and is proud of the number of successful careers she’s been a part of.
