Growing up in the UK, Amy’s passion and interest in everything hiking, outdoors and nature brought her to the Western Australian shores in 2018. Once she’dsecured a role as a business support officer for a recruitment agency, Amy was sold on the Australian lifestyle and joined Speller as the Projects and Operations coordinator in 2022. 

With the back office reshuffle, Amy stepped into the Sales Support administrator role in May 2024. Enjoying the variety of her role, with no two days ever being the same, Amy utilises her knowledge and understanding of system implementations to assist the sales team with their day-to-day administration – keeping Speller a well oiled machine. 

In a few short years, Amy has implemented a number of back-office process and procedural changes which have been streamlined, reduced manual entry, mitigated possible errors and most importantly well received by the wider team.

Amy believes Speller’s ongoing success is attributed to the huge number of loyal consultants who have worked through Speller for years. It is also the fact that the success is shared amongst everyone. The back-office team is recognised and appreciated.
