Growing up in country Victoria and learning to drive tractors at 5 years old, Amanda has a diverse and interesting career history. 

With a number of payroll and administrative roles across healthcare, education, and restaurants, Amanda joined Speller in 2017, bringing her keen eye for detail and outgoing personality to the Accounts & Payroll position. 

After welcoming her 2nd child in 2019, Amanda enjoys the flexibility and supportive environment Speller offers. The accounts department are a strong, cohesiveteam ensuring the smooth, efficient processing of all timesheets, wages, invoices, and reporting, allowing the Sales team and management to focus on what they do best – recruit! 

Amanda believes Speller’s success and strengths are due toits people. By ensuring time is spent listening to and understanding clients and consultants needs and challenges they are then able to deliver on these.
